The tasks of the Coordinating Council: 1- Conducting the necessary coordination with the ministry and the official and informal bodies related to companies and institutions in all that contributes to raising the level of service provided to pilgrims and facilitating the performance of their rituals. 2- Representation of companies and institutions with government agencies and others in what falls within the purview of the Council except the judicial authorities in all matters relating to the service of pilgrims inside.3- Representing companies in conferences, seminars and the media. 4-Achieving interdependence and integration between companies and institutions and strengthening competition among them. 5- Using the competent authorities and houses of expertise to prepare the research and studies necessary to develop the professional work of companies and institutions as well as the development of services and methods of providing them, and to advise them and advise them to raise the level of performance. 6-Propose policies and programmes that meet the Council’s objectives and objectives.7- Issuing regulations and administrative structures of the administrative body of the Council in coordination with the Ministry. 8- Developing and developing the council’s resources after conducting the necessary feasibility studies in coordination with the Ministry. 9- Documenting information and data on the Council’s activities and hajj work, as well as data on companies and institutions. 10- Organizing training and education courses for workers in the hajj service sector in coordination with the specialists. 11- Establishing a sophisticated automated system to communicate with all companies and institutions to ensure the speed of passing information and linking this to the Hajj and Umrah Services Center in the Ministry. 12-Participation in the resolution of disputes that may arise between companies and institutions or between partners of the same company, and in a manner that does not conflict with what is entrusted to the competent authorities. 13. Discuss the operational plan and the council’s estimated budget, which is being prepared by the Secretariat. 14- Carry out all the additional tasks assigned to him by the Ministry within the basic functions of the Council. 15- Proposing solutions to the problems and obstacles that may face the service sector of pilgrims inside
