The activity of registering financial leases is limited to the preparation of the register of contracts in which the financing leases concluded in or executed in the Kingdom are restricted and include all possible leases of property, movable property, benefits, services, moral rights, such as property and intellectual rights, sales contracts arising from the financing lease, and any modification of these contracts, in accordance with the provisions of the financing lease system. Participation is limited to the establishment and ownership of the contract registration company in the licensed tenants to engage in the financial lease activity of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency
