Participate in the development of the main objectives and preparing hospital’s strategic plans; directly supervise the activities of planning and organizing the various works of hospital, organize various works of hospital, and work on providing the necessary medical equipment, tools and medications, in line with the approved operational plans and budgets, and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effective
